  • Goal setting and career goal management

There are three phases in the life of professional development and service.

Phase I: In this phase, we become formally educated and learn skills that we intend to use in our career. We transition from being dependent to being independent, applying skills through work to gain income, live on our own and start charting our path.

Phase II: During this phase, we spend many years applying, practicing, and honing those skills for a successful career, constantly leaning, working, and improving while having the life experience we choose.

Phase III: After a successful career, we want to share what we have learned with the next generation of learner-workers. Ed has arrived at this phase, where he wants to share the principles and practicies that he has learned and developed, adding value to others as they journey through their careeers.

“Working with Ed has completely transformed my leadership approach. I’ve learned how to communicate with clarity, lead with empathy, and navigate complex team dynamics with confidence. Our sessions helped me uncover blind spots and build a stronger, more cohesive team. The impact on both my career and my organization has been remarkable.”

— A.M., Director of Operations

“I came into coaching unsure of my leadership potential. Ed helped me recognize my strengths, develop confidence, and take initiative in leading projects. The growth I’ve experienced in just a few months is beyond what I imagined.”

— M.T., Emerging Leader / Team Lead

“Leading cross-functional teams in biopharma can be… a lot. Coaching with Ed helped me figure out how to manage strong personalities, keep projects moving, and actually enjoy the process. My meetings run smoother, our decisions get made faster, and the team dynamic is way better. I wish I’d done this years ago.”

— A.L., Program Manager

“The coaching experience with Ed didn’t just benefit me — it elevated my entire team. Through our work, I learned how to foster trust, give constructive feedback, and empower others to step into leadership roles. The results have been tangible: improved morale, better communication, and higher performance.”

— S.P., Senior Project Manager

“What I appreciated most about Ed was how he ‘got’ our industry. It’s rare to find someone who understands both people dynamics and the complexity of the work we do in pharma. He helped me navigate a huge organizational change — without burning out my team or myself. I’m leading with more authenticity and it’s making a real difference.”

— J.K, Vice President

“Moving from the bench to a leadership role was a big leap for me. I knew the science but not how to manage people or influence across departments. Ed helped me build confidence and learn how to communicate so people actually listen. Now I’m seen as a go-to leader who can bridge knowledge and strategy — and that feels amazing.”

— P.S., Project Manager
